He is an Asset Manager actively involved in the financial evaluation of companies and convertible debenture structuring. Mr. Hoegel has international financing experience, the ability to analyze expansion and acquisition opportunities, and expertise with Canadian and Australian resource companies. He has a broad base of involvement in global investments, primarily focused on the structuring, initiation, and completion of international convertible debenture financings. His background includes more than 20 years of direct experience in the mining industry, expertise as an international financier / investor and a successful track record as a consultant and stock broker in London, England. He serves on the Board of Directors of numerous public companies and is a Member of the Advisory Board of Concept Capital Management Ltd. He has a Master of Business Administration (FH) degree from a University in Germany, with a focus on Financial Management, Banking, and International Business & Management.

 

Mr. Espinosa is a mining executive with more than 25 years of experience within Canadian capital markets, international business development and commercial banking. He has been a CFO of Fredonia Mining, Inc. since 2017 (TSXV:FRED), former Director of the Board of Silver X Mining Corp. (TSXV:AGX), former Head of Business Development, Global Mining at the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange, and former Deputy Trade Commissioner of Mexico, in Toronto. Mr. Espinosa holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico; he is fluent in Spanish.

 

Paul Ténière, M.Sc., P.Geo. has nearly 25 years of experience in the mining and oil & gas sectors taking projects from the exploration phase to mine development. Mr. Ténière has held senior to executive roles with small cap to large mining companies developing precious metal, base metal, and metallurgical coal deposits, and has significant capital markets and corporate finance experience. Mr. Ténière has been President of Major Precious Metals Corp. since March 2019, CEO and Director of Metallica Metals Corp. since July 2019, and formally the CEO of Lido Minerals Ltd. Previously, he was the Senior Manager of Mining at the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and TSX Venture Exchange, and is considered an industry expert in NI 43-101 and CIM standards and regulations.

 

Mr. McVicar is a senior partner of Peterson McVicar LLP in Toronto with over 20 years of experience focused on corporate finance and mining law. He previously spent close to three years as legal counsel in the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and later in his career was appointed to the OSC’s Securities Advisory Committee for a 2-year term.

 

Ms. Ospina is the founder and director of O Trade with 20 years of experience advising mineral exploration and mining companies in mitigating and managing social risk. Guest lecturer in Social Responsibility at the Faculty of Mining Engineering, the University of Toronto.  Contributor to IFC World Bank guideline for mineral exploration, Strategic Approach to Early Stakeholder Engagement.  Former Head of Corporate Social Responsibility of Aurania Resources.

 

Mr. Reilly is the managing partner of Reilly Back LPP, a Greater Toronto Area based chartered professional accounting firm. Bruce has thirty plus years of experience as a professional accountant as well as serving as a Director and Chief Financial Officer for a number of TSXV companies for the past twenty plus years.

 

Mr. Smith has over 40 years of experience in the mining, working for Barrick Gold, Continental Gold, Oremex Silver and continues to provide Qualified Person services. He is an SME Registered Member, ID 4167376RM. He graduated from Arizona State University in 1979 (BS) and the Mackay School of Mines in 1981 (MS) in Geology. Mike lives in Mexico and is fluent in Spanish.
